* If a foreign user applies for operation of the same REF (RE) in the several administrative-territorial units of Ukraine (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol), the charge for preparation and issuance of a Temporary Special Permit for operation of such REF (RE) is determined by multiplying the tariff, established in appropriate subparagraph of paragraph 38 of Tariffs, by quantity of the specified administrative-territorial units of Ukraine.

** For base stations of broadband, multi-service and multimedia radio access, the composition of which includes several REF (RE) units, which are planned to be operated in order to ensure the transmission and/or reception of signals in various azimuths of maximum radiation, the tariff of subsection 38.3 is used for each individual azimuth of maximum radiation. For REF (RE) using the same nominal frequency of transmission and reception in one sector (azimuth), the unit for one nominal frequency is used.
