Radiomonitoring

The purpose of radio frequency monitoring is to conduct the arrangements concerning ensuring EMC of radio electronic facilities (the REFs) and radiating devices (the RDs) which operate in public radio frequency bands on the basis of permissions to operation, detection and elimination of radio interference sources, detection of the REFs (RDs) that operate with infringements of current legislation, and take measures to suspend their operation and presentation of information needed for regulation of radio frequency resource use of Ukraine.

The value of works on radio frequency monitoring in public radio frequency bands and procedure of their payment are determined by the Tariffs for works (services) of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies", relating to use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine and allotment of numbering resource, approved by the NCCR decision of 11.12.2008 under N 1256, registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 25.12.2008 under N 1238/15929.

The payment of works connected with radio frequency monitoring is performed monthly by radio frequency resource users on the basis of the contract with the UCRF in compliance with the legislation.

The Contract for works relative to the radio frequency monitoring and providing with the REFs electromagnetic compatibility.

The radio frequency monitoring is carried out in line with the Procedure of radio frequency monitoring in public radio frequency bands, approved by the NCCR Decision of 16.07.2009 under N 1599, registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 07.08.2009 under N 741/16757.

3. The tool assessment (measurement) of frequency of radio emissions
4. The tool assessment (measurement) of frequency bandwidth of radio emissions
5. The tool assessment (measurement) of radio frequency channels occupancy (frequencies, frequency bands)
6. The tool assessment of frequency and bandwidth of radio emissions when using the ADVANTEST U3772 spectrum analyzer (in frequency band from 3 GHz to 43 GHz)
7. The tool assessment of the REFs radio emission parameters of the satellite communications when using the GeoMon system
8. The tool assessment of electromagnetic field strength of the base stations emissions in cross-border areas
