Special permissions for use of REFs by diplomatic representatives,consular institutions of foreign countries, representatives of foreign organizations in Ukraine
- The Procedure relating to the special permissions issue for
use of REFs by diplomatic representatives, consular institutions of
foreign states, representatives of international organizations in
Ukraine.
This Procedure defines the order of issuing,
revocation, prolongation of a validity term of the special permissions
for usage of fixed HF and satellite communications REFs
by embassies (nunciatures), missions
(internunciatures) or other diplomatic representatives of foreign
countries in Ukraine, consulates general, consulates, vice-consulates
or consular agencies of foreign countries (including consular
institutions, leading by honorary consular persons), established
in accordance with the Viennese Convention on diplomatic relations of
18 April 1961 and Viennese Convention on consular relations of 24
April 1963, representatives of foreign intergovernmental or
international nongovernmental organizations in Ukraine established
according to the international agreements in which Ukraine takes part
(hereinafter - representatives) and the Procedure concerning the
drawing up of special temporary permissions for use of REFs within the
territory of Ukraine in order to secure the visits of foreign official
delegations at the head of leaders of countries, governments,
parliaments. - Application for receiving the special permission for use of radiocommunications or satellite communications REFs.

- Application for establishing and operation of earth station of satellite communications system.
- Application for establishing and operation of fixed HF radio communications REFs.
- LETTER OF GUARANTEE.
- Sanitary passport of radiation source of electromagnetic energy.
- Application Form for SPECIAL PERMISSION FOR USAGE OF RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS OR SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS REFs.

for prolongation of a validity term of of a special permission for use
of radio communications or satellite communications REFs.
