We inform web-visitors that the letter sent to the UCRF address in electronic format is not an official request as far as it do not come within the purview of the Law of Ukraine “On citizen’s requests”.
Inquiry answers sent by e-mail to the addresses indicated on the UCRF web-site do not have an official document status (unless otherwise indicated). References to them as to official answers are not permitted.
The letters that are formulated ambiguously (inconsistently), are rhetorical, debatable or conclude offensive words and are outside the UCRF`s competence shall not be brought to the UCRF management attention.

Your proposals (commentary), application forms (petitions) and complaints requiring official consideration should be obligatory drawn up in the order stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On citizen`s requests”.

«Article 5. Requirements to request
Requests shall be addressed to public authorities and bodies of local self-government, enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of forms of property, aggregations of citizens or public officers dealing with settlements of issues raised in these requests.
Request should include Surname, First Name, Patronymic, place of residence of a citizen, heart of the problem, remarks, proposals concerning statement or complaints, petition or claim. This request can be oral (stated by a citizen and written by a public officer during personal reception) or written, sent by post or submitted by a citizen to correspondent body, institution personally or through authorized person if these authorities are drawn up in compliance with legislation in force.Request can be submitted both by an individual and by a group of persons (collective).
A written request shall be signed by an Applicant (Applicants) with date indicated.
In case a request is drawn up without keeping to the established requirements, it is to be given back to the Applicant together with the appropriate explications not later than ten days from the date of its receiving, excluding cases provided for by Part 1 of Article 7 of the above-mentioned Law.»
