In a term from 14 September till ïî 20 September of current year during planned measures on the radio frequency monitoring of radio frequency recourse of Ukraine usage, by substructures of UCRF and its regional branches:
It is discovered 244 illegally operating REFs:
17 radio extenders of telephone line worked on radio frequency bands forbidden for their use (4 REFs in Poltava Region, 3 REFs in Ivano-Frankivsk Region and 3 REFs in Ternopil Region, 2 REFs in Cherkassy Region and 2 REFs in Mykolayv Region).
142 base station of cellular communication network (54 REFs in Kharkiv Region, 11 REFs in Volyn Region, 10 REFs in Kirovograd Region and 10 REFs in Sumy Region, 9 REFs in Zaporozhie Region, 8 REFs in Zakarpatie Region).
It is stopped 111 illegally operating REFs, 58 from them stopped after warning letters of regional branches of UCRF.
By decision of a court was confiscated 1 REF.
Workers of Zhytomyr branch of UCRF common with employees of regional Internal Affaires Board conducted raid witch result was stopping of exploitation of TV broadcast illegally operated by company without license for technical service and exploitation of ether network. TV broadcast was confiscated by representatives of Internal Affaires Board, documents were directed to court.
During planned radio frequency control, workers of Zhytomyr branch of UCRF found out and stopped an exploitation of TV broadcast, illegally operated without permission of "Ukrtelekom". For providing usage of the radio frequency resource of Ukraine in accordance with legislation to the leaders of enterprises were sent Warning letters about the necessity of the urgent permissions processing.
