In a term from August, 10 to August, 16 of current year during the planned measures on the radio frequency monitoring of the use of radio frequency resource of Ukraine, by subsections of the radio frequency monitoring of UCRF and his regional branches:
- It was discovered 221 illegally operating REFs:
- 45 radio extending of telephone line, which worked in the radio frequencies bands forbidden for their use (16 REFs in Odessa Region, 6 REFs in Ternopil Region, 4 REFs in Vinnitca Region and AR Crimea).
- 87 base stations of cellular communication network (20 REFs in Odessa region, 12 REFs in Poltava Region, for 7 REFs in the Zhitomir, Ivano-Frankovsk, Sumy and Chernivtsi Regions).
- Actually is halted 149 illegally operating REFs, 144 from them after the warning letters of regional branches.
It is considered cases by courts about bringing in to administrative responsibility - 1.
In decision of court:
- to impose fines on a sum - 340 hryvnyas;
City Court of Zhitomir was considered a case (article 146 of Administrative Law Code of Ukraine), decision of which is to take away an imposition of fine in a size of 340 hryvnyas.
During conducting of general raid of workers of the Mykolaiv branch of UCRF with the employees of Internal Affaires organs found out and halted illegal work of two wireless stations as "Alan-78 Plus" and "Contact". The records of offence were drawn on offenders in obedience to the item of 146 Article p. 1 of Administrative Law Code of Ukraine, materials were passed in judicial bodies.
