Normative documents according to which permission is granted:
Law of Ukraine "On radio frequency resource of Ukraine";
Instruction on issuance of permissions to import in Ukraine of the REFs and RDs from abroad;
List of goods with their codes designation according to the Ukrainian Goods Classifier of Foreign-Economic Activity (further - the UGCFEA) to which the State Enterprise Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequency grants documents required to perform customs control and customs get-up of goods.
