Article 2. Activity target and subject
2.1. The enterprise is a special body that has power to assign radio frequencies, call signs, issue corresponding permissions for manufacturing, realization (sale), use of radio electronic facilities at the territory of Ukraine, and for their import, as well as to supervise their operation in frequency bands of civil and common use in the part of civil consumers, to supervise at the state level business enterprises that have licenses of the State Committee of Communications and Informatization of Ukraine and to control the use of information infrastructure in the sphere of telecommunication and computer networks (hereinafter - information networks) within the frames of the present legislation.
