Pavlo Slobodianuk
Born in 1956 year, Novocherkask, Rostov Region.
In 1978 year graduated from Kyiv High Military Engineering School named after M. I. Kalinin, speciality of wireless communications. After - service in Armed forces.
In1987 graduated from Military Academy of Wireless Communications named after S. M. Budennyi. Candidate of technical science.
From March, 2000 – Deputy Head of Department of Radio Technologies and Radio Frequencies Usage of State Committee of Connection and Informatization of Ukraine.
From March, 2001 - Attendant sales department, Head of Networks Exploitation and Services Sale Department of „Ukrtelekom”.
From December 2001 to December 2005 - First Deputy Head of the Centre „Ukrchastotnaglyad”.
From December, 28, 2005 - Head of the Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies.
