Verification of the mobile phone’s IMEI code in General Database

For verifying a presence of the IMEI code in the General Database please carry out the following actions:

1. Dial  *#06#  on your mobile phone In order to see the IMEI code recorded in phone’s memory – the IMEI code will appear on mobile phone’s screen.
   NOTE: The digits of IMEI code of some phones models are divided by service symbols  - . # / (e.g. XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXX/X, or XXXXXX-XX-XXXXXX-X). There is no need to dial these service symbols during verification (neither by SMS nor by using this web-site).
2. Type the IMEI code of the mobile phone below and press “Verify” button:

   

3. As alternative, it is possible to verify the IMEI by sending a text SMS with IMEI code on the short number 307. The cost of SMS is charged in accordance with the tariffs of operators as for the ordinary SMS.

In case of positive result of mobile phone’s IMEI code verification, you should receive a message:

• “Код ІМЕІ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX знаходиться в БД”
  (IMEI code XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is entered into Database)

In case of negative result of mobile phone’s IMEI code verification, you will receive one of the following messages:

• “Код ІМЕІ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX відсутній у БД, внесений в Сірий список”
  (IMEI code XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is absent in Database, it is entered into Grey List)
• “Код ІМЕІ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX відсутній у БД, внесений в Чорний список”
  (IMEI code XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is absent in Database, it is entered into Black List)
• “Уведений код ІМЕІ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX в БД ІМЕІ не знайдено”
  (The entered IMEI code XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is not found in Database)

Please be attentive during typing the IMEI code digits. In case of incorrect typing, you may receive a message “Невідомий формат даних XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” (Unknown data format XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).
